Together with companies in the MedTech Twente cluster, we are accelerating medical technological innovations. A precondition for these successful innovations is that MedTech companies can access sufficient and qualified colleagues. How do we ensure that this talent need is met? Strengthening talent development and retention is essential for our region, from starters to experienced professionals.

The talent issue is part of the MedTech Twente 2030 project and interfaces with the Beethoven education project. As a first step, Saxion University of Applied Sciences has conducted research into recruiting and retaining talent. As a follow-up, we are organizing a project design session on Monday, September 23, from 13:00 to 15:00 hrs. We will discuss the main research results and discuss potential follow-up projects.
