Student Daragh Kelly follows the Physiotherapy course at Saxion in Enschede. Whilst in his studies he came up with an idea to offer physiotherapy through an app. He further developed his idea during the Startup24 event, where he developed a business plan with the newly formed student team. “The event brought us inspiration, experience with pitches and new connections. Our team proved to be the perfect combination of students with the same ambition, but with different backgrounds and skills “.
The app will consist of several components: a communication platform for patients and professionals, a physio information bank and a sensor that takes a personal 3D scan of your body posture. “My original idea was to distribute information about physiotherapy via the app. Thanks to the meeting with the other team members, this idea expanded into a complete business concept during Startup24,” says Daragh enthusiastically.
